We’re currently looking for a motivated and goal-driven Sales Representative to join our team and play a key role in expanding our client base and growing our business.
Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and outbound sales strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers at client companies.
- Understand client staffing needs and propose tailored recruitment solutions.
- Collaborate with recruiters to ensure successful candidate placement and client satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Attend industry networking events and job fairs to promote our services.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, staffing, or recruitment (preferred but not required).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and pitching services to new clients.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
