Sales Representative

Lahore, Pakistan

We’re currently looking for a motivated and goal-driven Sales Representative to join our team and play a key role in expanding our client base and growing our business.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and outbound sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers at client companies.
  • Understand client staffing needs and propose tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Collaborate with recruiters to ensure successful candidate placement and client satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Attend industry networking events and job fairs to promote our services.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, staffing, or recruitment (preferred but not required).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and pitching services to new clients.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
