Role Overview

ScaleUp is hiring Sales Representatives for one of our clients in Karachi. The role focuses on sales and business development within the corporate sector and construction industry.

The ideal candidate should have experience dealing with construction companies, architects, and builders, and must be capable of preparing technical quotations for electrical products while building long-term professional relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage sales and business development activities within the corporate sector and construction companies
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with architects, builders, and contractors
• Prepare accurate quotations for electrical items using technical knowledge
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction industry
• Follow up with potential and existing clients to maintain strong relationships
• Achieve assigned sales targets and departmental objectives
• Maintain a professional approach while representing the company in the market

Tools / Software

• Quotation management tools
• CRM or sales tracking software relevant to the construction and electrical supply industry

Education

• Intermediate or Graduation

Experience Level

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience dealing with construction companies and the corporate sector

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: PKR 70,000 – PKR 80,000
• Sales Commission: Attractive performance-based commission
• Work Environment: Professional and growth-oriented

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per hour
