Sales Team Leader (Real Estate)

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sales Team Leader to manage, motivate, and support a team of real estate sales executives. The ideal candidate is target-driven, has strong leadership skills, and actively supports the team in closing deals while improving overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching and support
  • Assist with negotiations and deal closing when required
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Track leads, conversions, and sales performance reports
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and compliance

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience as a Sales Team Leader or Senior Sales Executive in real estate
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Target-oriented with a strong sales mindset
  • Excellent negotiation and closing abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Experience with CRM systems is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Real Estate (off Plan & Secondary): 2 years (Preferred)

Location:

  • Abu Dhabi (Preferred)
