Real Estate Sales Agent (Salary + Commission)

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Real Estate Sales Agent to drive property sales, manage client relationships, and meet or exceed revenue targets. The ideal candidate possesses strong market knowledge, excellent negotiation skills, and a client-centric approach, with the ability to independently close deals while supporting and guiding junior sales team members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing and high-value clients
  • Handle the full sales cycle: lead generation, presentations, negotiations, and closing
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management
  • Mentor and support junior sales agents to improve team performance
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Agent or Senior Sales role (minimum 3–5 years preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
  • Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office
  • Experience in the UAE market is an advantage
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
