Key Responsibilities

• Verify sales to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Confirm customers information
• Ensure all required information meet quality standards
• Identify discrepancies and escalate issues when necessary
• Maintain accurate records of verified sales
• Coordinate with sales and quality assurance teams
• Ensure company compliance policies are strictly followed
• Provide clear and professional communication with customers
• Meet daily and weekly verification targets
• Remain available to stay back or work overtime when required for additional training, performance improvement, or if daily/weekly targets are not achieved

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 Years of BPO experience on any campaign (preferred)
• Fresh Graduates with excellent communication skills can also apply
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills
• Attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies
• Professional attitude and customer handling skills
• Basic computer and CRM handling knowledge
• Ability to work night shifts
