SAP Executive – QM (Quality Management)

The role will support the SAP ERP function by ensuring effective execution of Quality Management (QM) processes. The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining quality data integrity, supporting QA/QC teams, and assisting in inspection and compliance-related activities.

Additionally, the incumbent will be required to work on the following areas:

• Provide first-level support for SAP QM (inspection lots, notifications, user issues)
• Maintain and update quality master data (inspection plans, MICs)
• Support inspection lot processing, results recording, and usage decisions
• Assist in logging, tracking, and closure of quality notifications
• Participate in UAT, regression testing, and documentation preparation
• Generate and validate quality reports and KPIs
• Provide basic training and guidance to QA/QC users

Skills Required

Basic understanding of SAP QM including:

• Inspection lots (incoming, in-process, final)
• Quality notifications (defects, claims)
• Result recording & usage decisions
• Inspection plans & Master Inspection Characteristics (MICs)
• Basic understanding of QA/QC processes and quality metrics
• MS Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, pivot tables recommended)
• SAP QM Certification (preferable but not mandatory

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, Food Sciences, or relevant field (Minimum GPA 3.0). SAP certification is an added advantage.

Experience: 0–1 year of relevant experience in SAP QM, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or internships in related areas
