Scrum Master

We are seeking a Senior Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for complex, enterprise-level projects. The role focuses on coaching teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, and ensuring adherence to Scrum principles to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Coach and mentor Scrum teams and product owners on Agile principles and best practices
• Support backlog refinement and ensure work aligns with business priorities
• Identify and remove impediments to team productivity and delivery
• Promote continuous improvement in processes, collaboration, and team performance
• Track and report team performance metrics and Agile KPIs to stakeholders
• Collaborate with business, product, and technical teams to ensure alignment with strategic objectives
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and transparency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field
• 10–15+ years of experience in IT delivery, with significant Scrum Master experience
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
• Proven ability to coach and lead multiple Scrum teams simultaneously
• Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Rally, or Azure DevOps
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Arabic language skills desirable but not mandatory

Preferred

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent certification
• Experience in ERP, CRM, BI, or large-scale enterprise projects
• Exposure to digital transformation and cross-functional delivery
