ZAPTA Technologies is a US-based software development company with 230+ engineers

delivering cutting-edge, AI-driven, and enterprise-grade digital solutions across industries such as Real Estate, Construction, Financial Services, Healthcare, and E-commerce.

We’re expanding our Lahore team and seeking an experienced Sales Development

Representative (SDR) to accelerate our global outreach by engaging, qualifying, and

converting leads generated by our marketing and lead generation engine.

Role Overview

As an SDR at ZAPTA, you won’t be cold-hunting - instead, you’ll be the bridge between

marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) and sales-qualified opportunities (SQLs). Your role will

focus on engaging with inbound and pre-qualified leads, understanding their business needs,

nurturing relationships, and coordinating discovery calls or demos for the Business

Development team.

Key Responsibilities

● Engage and qualify inbound or pre-generated leads from ZAPTA’s lead generation

engine.

● Conduct personalized outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calls to build relationships with

decision-makers.

● Understand client pain points, project goals, and potential fit for ZAPTA’s services.

● Schedule discovery calls, demos, or proposal discussions with Business Development

Managers.

● Maintain detailed and accurate records of lead interactions and progress in the CRM.

● Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to improve lead

handoff quality and conversion efficiency.

● Provide feedback on lead quality, campaign performance, and market trends.

● Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs related to lead qualification, meetings booked, and

conversion ratios.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.

● Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a Sales Development or Business Development

role (preferably in the IT or SaaS industry).

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong English fluency.

● Ability to engage and build rapport with C-level and senior decision-makers.

● Experience working with CRMs such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.

● Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, from qualification to handoff.

● Self-motivated, proactive, and organized with a focus on results.
