Job Description:

We are seeking a Skilled Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Cold Caller with strong experience in the IT and Software industry.

The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of pitching and selling software services to international clients, particularly in the US market, and possess a neutral or American accent for effective communication.

This role involves prospecting, cold calling, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for the sales team. The ideal candidate will be confident, persuasive, and capable of handling high-volume outbound outreach with professionalism and energy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calls and email outreach to potential B2B clients in international markets (primarily the US).
  • Qualify leads based on business needs, decision-making authority, and budget.
  • Present company offerings and software services in a clear, engaging, and consultative manner.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and schedule follow-up calls or demos for the sales team.
  • Collaborate closely with the Business Development and Marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
  • Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
  • Keep accurate and detailed records of all communication using CRM tools.
  • Continuously refine pitch scripts and objection-handling techniques to improve conversion rates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of proven experience as an SDR, Cold Caller, or Business Development Representative in the IT / Software services sector.
  • Must have successfully pitched or sold software development, SaaS, or digital transformation services to international clients.
  • Excellent English communication skills with a clear American or neutral accent (mandatory).
  • Strong persuasive, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, or Salesforce).
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
  • High level of professionalism, confidence, and resilience in client interactions.
