We are looking for <b>Warehouse &amp; Freight/Logistics Leader </b>within <b>Aftermarket Division</b>, for our <b>Istanbul, Sultanbeyli</b> location.</p><br>

What you can look forward to as Warehouse &amp; Freight / Logistics Leader (m/f/d):</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage and coordinate daily warehouse operations across ZF and 3PL facilities in full compliance with local regulations, ZF Group policies, and HSE requirements,</li>
<li>Identify operational risks within warehouse and logistics processes, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement,</li>
<li>Lead and guide the warehouse team, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to operational standards. Act as the first point of contact for resolving warehouse-related issues,</li>
<li>Collaborate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure seamless execution of logistics operations,</li>
<li>Conduct periodic and annual inventory counts and ensure their accuracy,</li>
<li>Support logistics tenders by defining requirements and tracking KPIs,</li>
<li>Utilize Warehouse Management Systems to monitor workflows, generate reports, and enhance process efficiency; contribute to improvements in cost, service level, and overall operational performance.</li></ul><br>

<p><b>
Your profile as</b><b> Warehouse &amp; Freight / Logistics Leader</b><b> (m/f/d):</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Management, Engineering or an equivalent field with proficiency in English,</li>
<li>In total 8+ years of previous experience in Warehouse and Logistics Management, preferably in the automotive sector, incl. min. about 3 years in similar role (e.g., leader, manager),</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, freight logistics, customs processes,</li>
<li>Advanced competence in MS Office applications and ERP system (SAP preferably),</li>
<li>Demonstrated excellence in organization, problem‑solving, advanced analytics, and attention to detail,</li>
<li>Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously,</li>
<li>Driving license,</li>
<li>Additionally: for male candidates military duty should be completed.</li></ul><br>

<div><div><p>We are seeking a versatile Embedded Software Engineer to work across the full depth of MCU-based automotive software-from bare-metal BSP development and AUTOSAR Classic integration to safety-critical multi-core partitioning. This role demands both breadth and depth: you will bring up hardware, configure complex middleware stacks, and ensure that safety mechanisms meet the highest automotive integrity levels.</p></div><div><p>

Key Responsibilities:</b></p></div><div><p>
Your work will span three interconnected domains of MCU software engineering:</p></div><div><ul><li> Hardware Bring-up &amp; BSP: Lead the initial power-on and functional validation of MCU platforms. Develop and maintain Board Support Packages based on SoC drivers, including I/O configuration, system initialization sequences, and Flash driver development.
