Your Impact
 
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving Cisco’s business across mmid-market private and government sectors​ in Kuwait, owning the full sales lifecycle from strategy to close.
 
You will: 
<ul>
<li>Lead end-to-end sales cycles of moderate to high complexity across your portfolio, delivering consistent revenue growth.</li>
<li>Build and expand trusted relationships with senior and C-level stakeholders across commercial and government organizations.</li>
<li>Develop account strategies that align Cisco’s solutions with customers’ business priorities, digital transformation goals, and regulatory environments.</li>
<li>Navigate and negotiate complex deals, positioning Cisco as a long-term strategic partner rather than a transactional vendor.</li>
<li>Identify new growth opportunities within existing and new accounts, expanding Cisco’s footprint and impact across Kuwait.</li>
</ul>
Minimum Qualifications
 
<ul>
<li>Proven experience independently managing end-to-end sales cycles of moderate to high complexity.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to prospect, develop, and grow accounts across a defined territory or portfolio.</li>
<li>Strong experience engaging with senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders.</li>
<li>Track record of negotiating and closing commercial and public-sector deals based on value-driven selling.</li>
<li>Fluency in Arabic and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.</li>
<li>Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to manage pipelines, forecasts, and account plans.</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications
 
<ul>
<li>Strong understanding of the Kuwaiti market, including private sector, mid-market, and government procurement environments.</li>
<li>Experience selling technology or digital transformation solutions in highly competitive markets.</li>
<li>Proven consultative selling approach with the ability to influence multiple stakeholders and decision makers.</li>
<li>Analytical mindset to identify opportunities, optimize account strategies, and improve sales execution.</li>
<li>Ability to collaborate effectively with sales engineering, partners, marketing, and leadership to deliver complex customer solutions.</li>
