Job Description<div>
We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Key Account Manager to join our Choice (consignment) business. The successful candidate will be responsible for accelerating seller and brand onboarding, expanding product assortment, and driving sustainable revenue growth. This role requires a strategic, relationship-oriented professional who can manage high-value seller accounts, identify growth opportunities, and execute commercial plans in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
The Key Account Manager will act as the primary point of contact for assigned sellers and brands, ensuring strong engagement, operational excellence, and long-term partnership value.
Seller and Brand Acquisition:
-Identify, prospect, and onboard new sellers and brands into the Choice consignment business in alignment with category and assortment strategies.
-Develop a robust pipeline of prospective partners through market research, industry networking, cold outreach, and referrals.
-Present the value proposition of the consignment model and negotiate commercial terms, commission structures, and service-level agreements.
Account Management and Growth:
-Serve as the dedicated account manager for a portfolio of key sellers and brands.
-Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders at partner organizations.
-Drive assortment expansion by motivating partners to list new products, categories, and exclusive lines.
-Monitor account performance, analyze sales and inventory data, and develop action plans to improve partner contribution.
-Revenue and Commercial Performance
-Own revenue targets, gross merchandise value (GMV), and contribution goals for the assigned portfolio.
-Develop and execute joint business plans (JBPs) with strategic accounts.
-Identify cross-selling, upselling, and promotional opportunities to maximize revenue.
-Prepare regular business reviews, performance dashboards, and forecast updates for leadership.
-Internal Collaboration
-Work closely with category management, merchandising, marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support.</div></div><div>
Position Requirement<div>
Required Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
-Minimum of 3&ndash;5 years of experience in key account management, business development, or commercial roles, preferably within e-commerce, retail, marketplace, or consignment businesses.
-Proven track record of acquiring and managing seller or brand accounts and delivering against revenue targets.
-Strong understanding of consignment, marketplace, or e-commerce operating models.
-Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM or partner management tools.
-Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and translate insights into actionable plans.
-Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.</div></div></div>
