<p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Greet customers and identify their requirements to recommend suitable vehicles.</li><li>Explain vehicle features, specifications, and performance confidently and accurately.</li><li>Present Ali &amp; Sons services at the point of sale, including car registration, insurance, and after-sales services.</li><li>Promote and suggest optional equipment and accessories to enhance customer satisfaction.</li><li>Achieve sales targets set by the Vice Chairman &amp; Managing Director and the Sales Manager.</li><li>Compute and quote sales prices, discounts, and financing options.</li><li>Advise customers on the availability of current and upcoming vehicle models.</li><li>Coordinate vehicle delivery with the New Car Storekeeper.</li><li>Liaise with the Customer Relations Representative (Sales) for registration and insurance processing.</li><li>Conduct regular follow-ups with potential customers to convert leads into sales.</li><li>Perform additional duties as assigned by the Sales Manager / Branch Manager.</li></ul><p>Qualifications &amp; Experience</p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in an automotive/car sales environment.</li><li>Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.</li><li>Fluency in Arabic and English is required.</li><li>Computer literate with good knowledge of MS Office applications.</li></ul><p>Why Join Ali &amp; Sons?</p><ul><li>Be part of a well-established and reputable automotive group in the UAE.</li><li>Represent respected global automotive brands.</li><li>Competitive compensation package with performance-based incentives.</li><li>Professional, growth-oriented work environment.</li><li>Long-term career development opportunities within the group.</li></ul><p>Job Type: Full-time</p>
