We&rsquo;re looking for an organized, numbers-savvy professional who can keep things running smoothly and handle the occasional curveball with confidence and a good attitude.We are a small, growing company seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Accountant/Bookkeeper/Office Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is strong with numbers, highly organized, and able to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. Our office has a positive, team-oriented atmosphere, and we&rsquo;re looking for someone who can contribute both professionally and personally to that environment.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage day-to-day bookkeeping functions</li><li>Work within QuickBooks Online (invoicing, expenses, reconciliations, etc.)</li><li>Perform bank account and credit card reconciliations</li><li>Assist with payroll processing and related reporting</li><li>Support insurance tracking, certificates, and documentation</li><li>Assist with tax-related filings and organization of financial records</li><li>Maintain organized records (digital and physical)</li><li>Support general office operations and administrative tasks</li><li>Utilize Excel and other tools for tracking and reporting</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Strong math and accounting skills</li><li>Experience with QuickBooks Online</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer systems</li><li>Experience with bank and credit card reconciliations</li><li>Familiarity with payroll processes</li><li>Experience handling insurance-related documentation</li><li>Basic understanding of tax filings and financial reporting</li><li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail</li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Professional, dependable, and able to stay focused in a busy environment</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>Someone who takes ownership of their work and follows through</li><li>A team player who is approachable, kind, and easy to work with</li><li>A positive attitude and good sense of humor</li><li>Ability to stay productive and focused in a dynamic, hands-on environment</li></ul>Why Join Us:<ul><li>Opportunity to play a key role in daily operations</li><li>Supportive environment with a strong emphasis on accountability and teamwork</li></ul>If you&rsquo;re organized, detail-driven, and looking for a role where your work truly matters, we encourage you to apply.Pay: $52,000.00 - $83,200.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
