Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Application of customer payments</li><li>
Process daily invoicing to customers</li><li>
Process customer returns and customer credits</li><li>
Process vendor invoices and credits</li><li>
Support month-end close procedures and journal entry preparation</li><li>
Reconcile credit card statement to receipts and expense reports</li><li>
Calculate monthly vendor chargebacks</li><li>
Evaluate monthly vendor statements</li><li>
Calculate monthly sales tax returns for multiple states</li><li>
EDI monitoring &amp; modifications</li><li>
Manage sales tax exemptions for customers</li><li>
Back-up for credit and collections</li></ul>
Qualifications/Requirements:<ul><li>
2-3 years of related experience preferred</li><li>
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and must possess good communication, organization and phone skills.</li><li>
Knowledge of Prophet21 (P21) ERP system a plus.</li><li>
Bachelor's or Associates Degree in Accounting preferred, but we will train the right candidate!</li></ul>
