 Overview Of The Role:
 
 
 
 The Financial Controller is responsible for ensuring financial governance, compliance, and integrity across the Real Estate operations of Cairo Festival City.  Primary Purpose And Overall Objective Of The Job
 
 
 
 We are looking for a motivated professional to support our
 
 General Ledger &amp; Reporting
 
 /
 
 AR
 
 and
 
 Accounts Payable
 
 processes, ensuring compliance with corporate standards and delivering accurate financial reporting. We are opening a new SSC in Africa.
 
 
 The Candidate/ Employee will be reporting to Manager located in SSC Europe.
 
 
 
 Main Accountabilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Perform GL (cash, inventory, provision calculation, end to end closing activities, fixed assets and intercompany).
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform AR (Customer account reconciliations).
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform AP accounting activities (manage vendor invoices, Travel Expenses, payments, and bank reconciliations), including transaction posting, reconciliations and reporting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare monthly and quarterly reports in corporate tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with local subsidiaries (in Africa) and resolve operational issues.
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to process improvements and participate in transition project (launching new SSC location).
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Experience and qualification:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Knowledge of: English for communication between entities, Arabic &ndash; enabling reading and understanding documents
 </li>
 <li>
 Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 2+ years of experience in Accounting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced knowledge in SAP/ERP and MS Office.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in continuous improvements &ndash; standardization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Team player with excellent communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Flexibility in working hours (Monday &ndash; Friday. Friday&rsquo;s only during closing period).

 What Is This Role About
 
 
 
 In this position, you will receive the daily sales cash collections from all sales representatives and you will be responsible for all the supporting functions related to the collection, cash count, and documentation.
 
 
 
 What will you do
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Deliver the daily sales collections to the security cash transaction service company
 </li>
 <li>
 Receive and deposit key account checks into the company bank account
 </li>
 <li>
 Process the daily collection settlement for each sales representative in the sales application
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct a daily cash count for the sales collection safe and send the cash balance report to the Accounts Receivable and accounting manager
 </li>
 <li>
 Arrange a weekly document settlement to replenish the petty cash safe custody
 </li>
 <li>
 Organize a monthly physical count of the petty cash safe and the sales collection safe, and provide a statement of all outstanding expense claims to the accounting team
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 What are we looking for

 Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
 </li>
 <li>
 2+ years of experience as a Cashier in FMCG companies
 </li>
 <li>
 Good English in reading and writing
 </li>

 Strong computer skills

 <li>
 Good analytical skills
