POSITION SUMMARY 
Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy. Organize, secure, and maintain all files, records, cash and cash equivalents in accordance with policies and procedures.  OVERVIEW/BASIC FUNCTION:
 
 Responsible for directly managing the Accounting Department&rsquo;s daily activities. Responsible for the preparation of an accurate financial statement each month. In addition, prepares Balance Sheet reconciliations monthly.
 
 
 
 RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, service procedures and standards.

 Prepare annual performance reviews of staff.
