 What will I be doing?
 
 
 
 The Accounting Supervisor is responsible for the efficient operation of the hotel&rsquo;s Accounts and to be in charge of activities related to timely and accurate payments, maintenance and control of the hotel&rsquo;s accounts. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

 Assists in any other way deemed necessary for the efficient overall operation of the Finance Department.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure a smooth operation in full compliance with policies, regulatory and contractual framework.
 </li>
 <li>
 Business partner with all hotel finance team members and a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, including Human Resources, Purchasing Commercial and Operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the Finance Lead to develop best-in-class hotel Finance teams, including participation in all relevant Finance development and training programs.

<div>About the Role 
The In-House Collection Specialist is responsible for overseeing in-house debt collection activities and overseeing in-house collection juniors.
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Oversee daily soft collection calls and collection processes</li><li>
Oversee contacting of autopay customers to update their profiles</li><li>
Oversee the processing of autopay tickets including adding, removing, updating requests as well as overseeing complaints and directly intervening on escalated complaints</li><li>
Guide and train the in-house collection juniors in all matters related to collection activities ensuring that these are dealt with in a professional and efficient manner</li><li>
Coordinate with collection agencies and legal firms regarding specific escalated cases where necessary</li><li>
Coordinate with concerned internal departments regarding collection activities</li><li>
Establish relevant KPIs related to collection activities and review performance reports, tracking debt collection, understanding key pain points and recommending actionable solutions to the Collections Manager</li><li>
Perform all the above-mentioned roles and responsibilities in compliance to the Information Security Management System (ISMS) policies and report any information/physical security breaches or incidents to the supervisor/manager immediately</li><li>

<li>Do proper costing of the Jobs in progress in Service areas, close the job cards on job completion after complying with the published pricing and discount norms and raise the invoices on the system and collect cash from customers.</li>
<li>Accurately and efficiently operate cash register; deposit the daily cash collected to treasury, bank or duly authorised collection agents as advised by the Cost office co-ordinator or Supervisor.
