 The Admin Coordinator shall support the Admin Manager with ensuring a high level of admin and operational support to the business.
 
 
 
 Specific Duties/Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Facility Management: Coordinate and support with tenancy agreements and various office and workshop maintenance related tasks including contracts fore fire protection, building maintenance etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Site accommodation : Arrange temporary and long term site accommodation for personnel where needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Fleet management : Coordinate for the optimum allocation and maintenance of the company fleet of cars. Check and optimise fuel and maintenance costs
 </li>
 <li>
 Office expenses : Support with the checking and management of various office expenses such as telephone, internet and utility bills
 </li>
 <li>
 Office support : Keeping the office stocked with supplies (and snacks), coordinating with vendors, and ensuring the space is tidy and functional.
 </li>

 Travel expenses : Support with ticket , hotel reservations and visa arrangements
 </li>
 <li>
 Schedule Coordination: Managing calendars, booking meeting rooms, and organizing travel arrangements or company events.
 </li>

 Documentation: Drafting correspondence, filing digital and physical records, and maintaining updated databases.
 </li>

 Understand application log format [logback], sit with the product developers to perform field mapping. Agree on the logging format, correlation ids for stitching journeys, etc,.
