Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding balances to ensure timely collections.</li></ul><ul><li>Review and approve customer credit limits in line with company policies.</li></ul><ul><li>Prepare and maintain accurate accounts receivable records and aging reports.</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate with sales teams to resolve customer payment issues and disputes.</li></ul><ul><li>Conduct regular customer account reconciliations.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure proper documentation for credit approvals and customer agreements.</li></ul><ul><li>Support month-end closing activities related to receivables and collections.</li></ul><ul><li>Analyze credit risk and recommend actions to minimize bad debts.</li></ul><ul><li>Prepare periodic reports on collection performance and overdue accounts.</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain strong relationships with customers while ensuring adherence to payment terms.</li></ul>Qualifications :<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.</li></ul><ul><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or collections.</li></ul><ul><li>Experience in the FMCG industry is preferred.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong understanding of credit management and receivables processes.</li></ul><ul><li>Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: RO400.000 - RO550.000 per month
