Responsibilities

<li>File and client management, formatting, proofreading and editing documents, online filings, expense reimbursement processing, travel arrangements and other administrative support. We seek candidates that are self-directed, high energy, and have advanced computer skills.</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<br><br>
<ul>
<li>Solid work history including 3-5 recent years providing legal administrative support, and effectively reporting to multiple attorneys</li>
<li>Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff including attorneys, paralegals and other assistants throughout the Firm</li>
<li>Intermediate to advanced-level use of Microsoft Office Suite, .pdf editing software, and related legal software</li>
<li>Experience with E-filing (federal and state)</li>
<li>Experience using document management systems (iManage experience a plus)</li>
<li>Excellent writing, grammar and proofreading skills with meticulous attention to detail</li>
<li>Possess strong organizational and time management skills, with a keen ability to multi-task</li>
<li>Proven success as a positive team player, as well as an independent worker</li>

Provides general assistance to visitors and guests, including guiding them to appropriate locations/offices. Responds to general inquiries and triages as appropriate. Assists in coordinating events, meetings, and calendar management for faculty. Responsible for submitting requests for payment of invoices, the purchase of goods and services, and the processing of reimbursements. Other duties as assigned.</div><div></div><div>
