<div>Primary Purpose of the Job:

Advise and Support on Maintenance strategies, process, objectives, and implementation plans to move Dukhan Operations to a world-class performance level in terms of safety, reliability, production efficiency and unit costs.<ul><li>
Advise on maintenance performance improvement transformation using national and international best practices moving Operation from &ldquo;good&rdquo; to &ldquo;great&rdquo; based on International Industrial Benchmarks including leading the performance-benchmarking program to identify performance gaps and to develop continuous improvement initiatives that improve performance.</li><li>
Ensure development of the supporting procedures, templates, forms, workflows to ensure processes are detailed and implementations methodologies are clear and aligned with roles and responsibilities within different parties.</li><li>
Develops the performance measurement framework for maintenance execution, including but not limited to, enhanced work processes, KPIs, scorecards.</li><li>
Constant analysis of the maintenance processes performance gaps and recommend solutions to keep abreast on benchmark standings and ensure sustainability.</li><li>
Develops processes control and quality methodology to establish quality assurance in the entire spectrum of maintenance activities.</li><li>
Creates and manages measurement systems to track adoption, utilization, and proficiency of individual changes and Work as a change management agent in the department, steering the implementation and recommended solutions considering the impact of the changes in all aspects.</li><li>
Leads all activities of CMMS (SAP) team, which controls and governs maintenance work and data.</li><li>
Assess the current maintenance practices, determine the effectiveness of the current processes, analyse the performance and benchmarking the results. Establish the innovative OE R&amp;M execution culture of learning, responsibility, accountability, compliance and continuous improvement as &ldquo;the way we work&rdquo; against job description, mandates and objectives.</li></ul>
Required Experience and Skills:
<ul><li>Minimum of 10 years&rsquo; experience, of which at least 5 years in leadership positions in Operations, Engineering, Maintenance and/or Operation Excellence/Readiness manager positions covering upstream production and downstream processing, preferably in an International Oil Corporation (IOC) and / or maintenance provider.</li><li>
Competence with setting up, leading, managing and delivering Reliability.</li><li>
maintenance delivery programmes i.e. Operational Excellence program.</li><li>
Competence with implementing Maintenance methodologies in complex international multi- cultural environment.</li><li>
Experience with building Maintenance organisational capability in different cultures (i.e. Europe, Far and Middle East, Africa and/or Latin America) including Nationalisation programmes, setting up a performance culture and aligning internal/external functional and service providers.</li><li>
Experience with Commercial agreements, supply chain management and contracting.</li></ul>
Educational Qualifications:

University degree in relevant engineering discipline, possible with additional training and working in Reliability and/or Maintenance execution roles, project and/or programmes.</div>

ADVISOR, MAINTENANCE EXCELLENCE

Primary Purpose of the Job: 
Plan all (Elect / Inst) maintenance/preventive and refurbishment works, conduct feasibility/technical studies of maintenance works and assist in new tenders and existing contracts and timely execution of services in compliances with HSE and Civil Defence requirements as advised by superiors. Supervise subordinates and contractor workforces to achieve scheduled objectives.
 
Required Experience and Skills: 
10 years experience in electrical and/or Instrumentation maintenance work out of which at least 5 years in a Senior position as Electrical Engineer dealing with costs, budgets and contracts and familiar with preparation of tender specifications, associated standards pertaining to local and international regulations. Experience of construction / maintenance works in GCC / Qatar and familiarity with works in oil and gas sector is desirable.
 
Educational Qualifications: 
Bachelor Degree in Electrical or Instrument Engineering with good communication and computer skills.

Management System &ndash; Promote the application of human factors, error management, risk 
management and safety assurance within the Part 145 team, together with the 
proactive analysis, mitigation and management of hazards

System Assurance &ndash; Ensure maintenance activities are compliant 
with the QAF governance and Assurance framework, including supporting Process 
Confirmations and independent assurance audits. Support the response to audit 
findings in a timely and appropriate manner and provide information to support 
the relevant reviews. Support the implementation of identified improvements to 
overcome any non-compliance and monitor effectiveness

<li>Statutory/Regulatory 
&amp; Legislative requirements &ndash; Able to demonstrate an appropriate 
level of understanding and application of the relevant Continuing Airworthiness 
Regulatory Framework. Support the implementation of any Regulatory driven 
changes into the Maintenance activities. Ensure compliance with all other 
requirements, e.g. ITAR, EaPW, ISO

Inspection (MT), Eddy Current Inspection (ET), Ultrasonic Inspection (UT) 
&amp; Radiographic Inspection (RT) 
&amp; required experience hours for each discipline.

<li>Requires broad and 
in-depth product knowledge/competency within own technical/subject area. 
Awareness of how the team integrates with others in order to achieve the 
overall objectives of the area and demonstrates an understanding of the 
requirement for continuous improvement and its application

<li>Experienced and competent leader at this level.
