Our treatments focus on refining and restoring the skin from within through advanced injectables, biostimulators, laser treatments, and aesthetic and wellness services, prioritizing natural, long-term outcomes.We are seeking an experienced Aesthetic Injector (Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant or Registered Nurse) to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, detail-oriented, and confident in delivering aesthetic injectable treatments while aligning with a regenerative, education-forward approach.JOB OVERVIEW:Consulting with patients to assess facial anatomy, aesthetic goals, and medical history in order to design and deliver individualized treatment plans. Completing and documenting required medical clearances in accordance with established clinical protocols prior to treatment. Collaborating with the medical director and team to develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive aesthetic and wellness treatment plans. Administering injectable and device-based aesthetic procedures, including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, biostimulators, and other advanced anti-aging treatments. actively pursue ongoing professional development in medical aesthetics and regenerative treatments.</li><li>Perform thorough patient consultations, assess skin and aesthetic concerns, establish treatment plans, and make evidence-based recommendations.</li><li>Deliver safe, effective treatments while prioritizing patient comfort, safety, and clinical outcomes.</li><li>Educate patients on treatment options, post-care, products, and complementary services to support optimal results.</li><li>Accurately record and charge for services rendered, including appropriate application of discounts, memberships, and promotions.</li><li>Maintain knowledge of all services, devices, protocols, pricing, and current promotions.</li><li>Ensure proper use, maintenance, and safety of all medical equipment.</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary treatment environment in compliance with medical and spa safety standards.</li><li>Assist with treatment room turnover, setup, and supply management.</li><li>Build long-term patient relationships through trust, education, and continuity of care.</li><li>Address patient concerns professionally and escalate clinical or safety issues as appropriate.</li><li>Demonstrate the ability to respond appropriately to medical or facility emergencies per established safety protocols.</li><li>Support practice growth through ethical cross-recommendation of services, patient retention, and maintaining a personal booking rate above 50%.</li><li>Participate in practice initiatives, including marketing events, patient education efforts, and professional self-promotion aligned with brand standards.</li></ul>SECONDARY JOB FUNCTIONS<ul><li>Assist with other spa job functions as assigned.</li><li>Sustain proficiencies through continuous education and training</li><li>Document maintenance needs on work orders and submit to the Business Manager.</li></ul>STANDARD SPECIFICATIONSRequirements represent the minimum levels of knowledge, skills, and/or abilities.
