Key Responsibilities
<ul><li>Responsible for execution of regional field tests and laboratory test support.</li>
<li>Responsible for executing field test at customer site by placing instrumentation, cable routing, data acquisition equipment interfacing, software operation and preparing traceable documentation to collect quality test data as per procedures.</li>
<li>Be a point of contact for the test procedure development of field samples, as per the regional/business needs and update processes as per international procedures.</li>

Compliance &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Maintain strict compliance with IDP and IELTS policies, guidelines, and procedures.</li><li>Report any irregularities, candidate issues, or material discrepancies to the Test Centre Administrator or Manager.</li><li>Maintain full accountability for the collection, secure custody, and handover of IELTS examination materials and equipment, including laptops, mobile phones, examination packs, and all related test materials.</li></ul>5. Speaking Test Examiner Administration<ul><li>Ensure that Speaking Examiners sign in and sign out as per the required procedures.</li><li>Collect the necessary materials for the Speaking Test (e.g., examiner packs, Speaking Evaluation Records (SER), voice recorders, stopwatches from the IELTS administration office and return them promptly after the test. Ensure all items are stored securely.</li></ul>6. Handling Reschedules, Late Arrivals, and Test Changes<ul><li>Make phone calls to inform candidates of test time changes.</li><li>Assist candidates with any delays or issues regarding late arrivals, ensuring compliance with test policies while maintaining a calm environment.</li></ul>7. Customer Service<ul><li>Provide excellent customer service to candidates, responding to inquiries about test procedures, schedules, or other general concerns.</li><li>Contact candidates who have unpaid fees and assist with payment arrangements or address any issues regarding their registration.</li></ul>8. Professional Appearance and Demeanor<ul><li>Adhere to company dress code and maintain a well-dressed, polished, and neat appearance at all times.</li><li>Interact with candidates and staff in a courteous and professional manner.</li><li>Maintain a positive and approachable demeanor to create a welcoming atmosphere.</li><li>Contribute to a smooth and efficient testing experience by ensuring a professional and comfortable environment.</li></ul>9. Support Duties:<ul><li>Assist the test center by managing biometric collection and documentation for the Listening, Reading, and Writing (LRW) sections.</li><li>Actively participate in IDP/IELTS roadshows and exhibitions, representing the organization, engaging with potential candidates, and performing assigned duties.</li><li>Perform any other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the management team.</li></ul>Key Skills and Qualifications:<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>Bilingual in English and Arabic (must be able to speak, read, and write both languages).</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail to ensure the accurate completion of all check-in processes.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with candidates and examiners in a calm, professional, and friendly manner.</li><li>Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.</li><li>Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred.</li></ul>Performance Measures <ul><li>Improved program efficiencies through individual performance.</li><li>Achievement of operational SLA &amp; delivery of goals to IDP / IELTS standards.</li><li>Completion of daily and weekly tasks / statistics within specified timelines.</li><li>Successful training of new joiner within own dept. and refresher / updated program changes.</li><li>Feedback received directly from clients and through customer surveys.</li><li>Adherence to Oracle Agency policies.</li><li>Ability to handle and resolve complaints without escalation.</li><li>Demonstrated flexibility and contributions to creating a team environment.</li><li>Appraisals will be conducted in collaboration with the line manager to ensure alignment with individual goals.</li></ul>Pay: KD325.000 - KD350.000 per monthWork Location: In person
