Job PurposeAlong with the Facility Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the physical assets, general maintenance repairs, apartment upliftment, preventive maintenance and or rehabilitation projects. Responsible for maintaining adequate inventory of supplies for repairs and monthly maintenance budget monitoring.
