Keep close contact and coordinate with Flight Data Management and Resource Planning team to acquire the most updated flight schedule and passenger load forecast for the current and the next two seasons as soon as the information is available.</p></li><li><p>
Through personal visits and periodic meetings, keep in contact and coordinate with stakeholders such as Qatar Airways and AOC representative to gather intelligence and prediction on industry trend.</p></li><li><p>
Attend innovation workshops and project meetings to keep in contact and coordinate with other Matar departments including TOPS, IT, FM, and Commercial departments for projects, initiatives, and events information. Monitor local news, rule and regulations such as MOPH requirements, labour law, severe weather warning, school holidays, major Expo or sports events, public holidays, in order to do forward planning and anticipate any potential operational requirements.</p></li><li><p>
Supervise the Business Improvement Analyst and Scheduling operators to combine flight schedule data, passenger load forecast, industry trends information, projects, initiatives, and events information into demand forecast.</p></li><li><p>
Supervise the operations planning team to develop operations response plan to the demand forecast and special events.</p></li><li><p>
Develop and propose to the Airport Management the resource and service requirements needed to support the operations response plan.</p></li><li><p>
Supervise the Scheduling Operator to create and distribute appropriate shift roster in line with the resource requirement of the department.</p></li><li><p>
Identify and define operations process required to support the operations response plan.</p></li><li><p>
Support the implementation and control of the document control procedures in the Department.</p></li><li><p>
Compile, coordinate, review, approve, support, as well as develop baggage handling, PLB, and BME reference documents such as SOP, BCP, OWi, O&amp;M manuals, as build drawings, design drawings, functional design specification, operations concept, training materials, and etc. to ensure high level of standards meeting with the business objectives.</p></li><li><p>
Identify competencies and/or skill gaps of relevant stakeholders' s personnel, coordinate, develop, facilitate and conduct training related to BHS, PLB, and BME related facilities, systems, and services in order to ensure safety, security, efficiency, and high level of services for all stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>
Develop, review, and/or approve the documents required in the procurement process such as business case, feasibility study, TOR, SOW, technical specifications, BOO, project and delivery plan, evaluation criteria, QCC, RFI, proof of service delivery, etc.</p></li><li><p>

Hamad International Airport is seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as Emergency Planning Support Manager. Strengthen partnership, collaboration and liaison with the emergency responding agencies and stakeholders to ensure appropriate handling and management of airport emergencies.</li><li>
Responsible in ensuring compliance with QCAA QCAR 006 (2017 as amended) and other regulatory requirements from Authorities and Ministries.</li><li>
Support the department in reviewing and updating the Airport Emergency plans of both DIA and HIA, the contingency planning and crisis management plans and procedures.</li><li>
Responsible for development of contingency planning and crisis management plans and procedures; develop and ensure implementation of procedures and policies for emergency response operations.</li>
Organizing and appraising the regular emergency crash and rescue exercises in collaboration with QCAA, aviation stakeholders and emergency responding agencies <li>- internal and external.</li><li>
Support the Line Manager in developing and maintaining the readiness of all crisis management centers according to emergency response procedures.</li><li>
Preparing, organizing and evaluating the regular emergency, crash and rescue exercises in coordination with QCAA and other stakeholders.</li><li>
Conduct risk assessments to develop an objective assessment of the risk involved with a specific activity, lessons learned from accidents, incidents and exercises; develop additional control measures to reduce and manage risk.</li><li>
Interact with Emergency Responders to ensure proper handling of emergency, crash and rescue situations.</li><li>
Preparing recommendations and corrective actions to enhance emergency responses. Participate in meetings to coordinate emergency planning requirements. Liaise with the Line Manager the needs of all personnel involved in emergency response.</li><li>
Liaise with Airport Security and Military for teamwork on matters involving security and emergency planning.</li><li>
