JOB PURPOSE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
<ul><li>Implement personal development and training plans for the technician team under their responsibility.
</li><li>Research and evaluate new technologies with potential for implementation.
</li><li>Achieve ME (Manufacturing Engineering) performance metrics.
</li><li>Prepare technical specifications for machines and equipment in line with company standards and required capacity and cycle time targets.
</li><li>Prepare process documentation (PFD, PFMEA, Control Plans, and Manufacturing Drawings) on time and at the required quality level.
</li><li>Use company project management tools in manufacturing engineering activities.
</li><li>Support quality, volume, cost, and continuous improvement projects by applying 6 Sigma, Shainin, and other problem-solving methodologies.
</li><li>Provide support for internal audits, customer visits, and certification audits.
</li><li>Manage prototype manufacturing of the product under their responsibility, and prepare lessons learned and gate charts.
</li><li>Manage process changes smoothly in compliance with company procedures.
