Major responsibilities are as follows:<ul><li>
Represents Empyreal as a transportation and customer service professional.</li><li>
Maintains positive, friendly, and professional communications with customers, co-workers, and management whether in person, by phone, in writing, and/or through computerized and other electronic means.</li><li>
Safely operates vehicles in a variety of traffic, road, weather, and daylight conditions.</li><li>
Collects, transports, and delivers currency and coin to and from vehicles and client locations.</li><li>
Load and unload ATM machines.</li><li>
Uses handheld electronic devices to scan and track currency shipments and determine vehicle routes.</li><li>
Ensures the safe, accurate, and secure collection and delivery of clients' assets.</li><li>
Maintains communications with designated company representatives. Reports delays, customer service issues, incidents, unusual circumstances, and other important information in a timely manner.</li><li>
Completes documentation and updates into handheld electronic devices.</li><li>
Performs pre-trip and post-trip vehicle safety inspections.</li><li>
Maintains the vehicle, equipment, and the facility in clean and operational readiness condition.</li><li>

Valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.</li><li>
Must be able to lift to 50 pounds regularly and 75 pounds occasionally.</li><li>

Armored Van Driver

<div>Position Summary:
We are looking for an Armored Van Driver/Cash Courier serve as the face of the company. If you are a professional driver who enjoys interacting with customers and providing service levels that maintain happy and loyal customers, this could be the job for you. Our Drivers operate comfortable, lightweight armored vehicles and places value not only on what work gets done, but also how it gets done. Our Drivers are based out of the Syracuse area. They serve clients all over New York and do some daily travel to other states. One to two nights per month (single nights) overnight travel may be required.

You are responsible for issuing and receiving confirmation receipts to verify each transfer. Safety and security are huge priorities at GardaWorld Cash, so you will be expected to follow the highest levels of driver safety in all weather conditions and be vigilant in all areas for our customers, your colleagues, and the community. All positions are armed, so you will be required to have and maintain the necessary licenses for your area to work as an armored truck driver/messenger.
