   Key Responsibilities

   Oversee daily operations of computer systems, hardware, software, telecommunications, and data networks.
  </li>
  <li>
   Plan, organize, and direct data processing, telecommunications services, and workflow coordination.
  </li>
  <li>
   Lead the design, development, and enhancement of management information systems.
  </li>
  <li>
   Supervise, mentor, and evaluate IT Department staff.
  </li>
  <li>
   Develop, implement, and continuously update short- and long-term IT strategies.
  </li>
  <li>
   Manage acquisition, installation, upgrades, and transitions of IT equipment and systems.

   Conduct system studies and oversee programming and procedural development.

   Support department heads in identifying and implementing application solutions.

   Prepare and manage the IT department budget.

   Serve as System Security Manager, ensuring implementation of robust security protocols.

   Qualifications &amp; Skills
  </strong>
 </p>

   Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  </li>

   Relevant IT certifications are preferred (e.g., network, systems, cybersecurity, database).
  </li>
  <li>
   Minimum 10 years of experience and strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and IT systems.
  </li>
  <li>
   Proficiency in programming languages and tools such as
   <strong>
    Visual Basic .NET, Crystal Reports, ASP, HTML, Flash, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle Database, and SAP ERP
   </strong>
   .
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong system integration capabilities.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to work under pressure and in rotating shifts (day/night).
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent command of English and Arabic. Kuwaiti nationals are preferred for this role
