Job Summary The Assistant Branch Manager supports the Branch Manager in overseeing daily branch operations, supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving business goals. This role acts as second-in-command and steps in to manage the branch during the Branch Manager&rsquo;s absence.Duties<ul><li>Support daily branch operations and ensure smooth workflow.</li><li>Assist in staff supervision, coaching, and performance management.</li><li>Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations.</li><li>Support sales initiatives and help the branch meet revenue targets.</li><li>Monitor compliance, security procedures, and policy adherence.</li><li>Review reports, assist with audits, and maintain branch documentation.</li><li>Contribute to branch planning, scheduling, and process improvements.</li></ul>Requirements :<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or related field (preferred).</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with a focus on relationship management and client retention strategies.</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;4 years of experience in customer service, operations, or supervisory roles.</li><li>Knowledge of cash handling procedures and cash management best practices.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In personJob Type: Full-timePay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
