 Work closely with the Procurement team to regularly track and ensure the timely provision of the office&rsquo;s essential needs (cleaning consumables, kitchen items, etc.)

 <li>
 Receive incoming parcels, record them, and promptly route them to the relevant person/department
 </li>
 <li>
 Package outbound items for customers, third parties, and other stakeholders; create shipments and track deliveries
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with teams for corporate events to prepare the required materials (printed documents, promotional items, gift sets, etc.) and organize their dispatch
 </li>
 <li>
 Before meetings, check and prepare meeting rooms, ensuring order and the availability of technical equipment and materials
 </li>
 <li>
 Procure and serve refreshments such as water, coffee, and similar items in a timely manner
 </li>
 <li>
 Focus on general assistancy, office management, and event support; provide on-site assistance during corporate events, ensuring smooth coordination and operational efficiency.

 Qualifications &amp; Skills

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
 </li>

 Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent written and spoken English and Turkish (other languages are a plus).
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools such as Teams or SharePoint.
 </li>
 <li>
 Outstanding organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
 </li>

 Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with a professional and discreet approach.
