In this role, you will support the Director of Purchasing in overseeing procurement, receiving, and storage operations, ensuring all hotel departments are supplied efficiently, cost-effectively, and in full compliance with Four Seasons standards.  Job Description:

 Preparation of monthly reports for the Training Department
 </li>
 <li>
 Preparation of the training budget report
 </li>
 <li>
 Meeting ad-hoc and/or regular reporting requests from the Training Department
 </li>
 <li>
 Providing reporting for audit functions
 </li>
 <li>
 Planning assignments and target audiences for catalog and business line trainings when required
 </li>
 <li>
 Managing the process with the training owner bank group for local and BNPP mandatory trainings (BNPP meetings, business line meetings, content translations, segmentation / target audience definition, assignment and follow-up)
 </li>
 <li>
 Conducting analyses for the Training Department and sharing outputs with relevant action owners
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintaining and developing training dashboard activities
 </li>
