 We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Assistant Manager to join our Payment Systems team. This role plays a key part in shaping and growing our credit and debit card business, focusing on product vision, customer experience, and business impact.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 General Qualifications

 Bachelor's or Master&rsquo;s Degree from a university in Business Administration, Engineering or related fields

 7 - 10 years experiences in payment systems, product/portfolio management, marketing, product development in banks. Credit/debit card knowledge is must.

 Develop and execute strategies to drive customer acquisition, activation, spending, and retention.

 Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and define differentiation points.
 </li>

 Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, CRM, analytics, legal) to build customer-centric journeys and campaigns.

 Coordinate with IT and vendors to implement card features and digital enhancements aligned with product strategy.

Position Statement</h2>
The T&uuml;rkiye region within Hilton Supply Management is responsible for creating and managing strategic contracts for the provision of Non-F&amp;D &amp; Service to all managed properties and those franchise and third-party hotels signed to Hilton Supply Management agreements. Primary responsibilities will be overseeing the entire procurement process and HSM competitiveness, which will include the procurement of Non-F&amp;D &amp; Service categories within the T&uuml;rkiye region.
Position Summary<ul><li>
To plan, organize, direct, and control the Purchasing and Supply Management functions for all Non-Food &amp; Services categories within the specified functional Area for Hilton.</li><li>
Ensuring that technical equipment, engineering services, CAPEX, FF&amp;E, MRO, Energy, Facility Management, and outsourced operational services are procured at the optimal total cost of ownership while adhering to Hilton standards, operational specifications, purchasing best practices, and global procurement policies.</li><li>
Direct supervision and management of reports as detailed.</li><li>
Working with and representing the Purchasing function with key stakeholders such as Finance, Engineering, Operations, and Development.</li><li>
To provide functional and operational management to any corporate or cluster purchasing teams based in the area and to provide support as required to hotel-based purchasing resources across the area.</li><li>
To ensure that all procurement tools (such as Birchstreet, Coupa Smart Spend) are implemented and maintained.</li><li>

Strategic Procurement &amp; Business Operations 55%</h2><ul><li>
Lead local and national tenders within Non-Food &amp; Services categories, including technical projects and service agreements.</li><li>
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with suppliers at local and national levels.</li><li>
Conduct price benchmarking and lifecycle cost analysis to ensure competitive positioning across M/L, franchised properties, and 3rd party hotels.</li><li>
Maintain supplier data and pricing in procurement systems (e.g., Birchstreet, Coupa Smart Spend).</li><li>
Ensure implementation and compliance with national, pan-European, and global agreements including MSAs and FSAs.</li><li>
Monitor supplier performance and product/service quality.</li><li>
Stay informed on relevant procurement laws, technical regulations, and compliance requirements.</li><li>
Support the growth and implementation of Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) initiatives where applicable</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">

Report contract negotiation results, tenders, savings capture, and cost avoidance in Coupa Smart Spend.</li><li>
Act as the primary liaison between the regional procurement leadership and hotel operations, ensuring seamless communication and alignment of procurement goals.</li><li>
Address technical supply challenges and ensure timely resolution with suppliers.</li><li>
Ensure to receive as much as possible information about local needs and issues.</li><li>
Ensure maximum visibility of local technical requirements and operational risks.</li><li>
Ensure follow-up of consistence item handling internally.</li><li>
Communicate procurement updates, CAPEX frameworks, and service agreements through internal channels.</li><li>

Lead the development and execution of procurement strategies across Non-Food &amp; Services categories, ensuring alignment with brand standards, technical compliance, and ESG targets.</li><li>
Provide strategic guidance to hotel and engineering teams on supplier selection, technical specifications, and cost optimization opportunities.</li><li>
Regularly review and rationalize nominated suppliers across technical and service categories.</li><li>
Be aware of and apply Hilton purchasing, financial and environmental policies, CSR and ESG activities.</li><li>
Ensure hotel teams are informed about nominated suppliers, service standards, and compliance requirements.</li><li>
Develop and maintain constructive and cooperative relationships with all internal and external stakeholders/personnel whether in person or via telephone.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">

Proficiency in sourcing applications and MS Office Suite.</li><li>
BA/BS/Bachelor's Degree or experience in lieu thereof.</li><li>

Functional knowledge of various global back-office systems (e.g. BSS, NAV, PSFT, Sun, Navision)</li><li>
MS/MA/Master's Degree or experience in lieu thereof</li><li>
Business fluency in Turkish and English; proficiency in an additional language is a plus</li><li>
