 The Assistant Projects Manager is a pivotal role responsible for the day-to-day planning, coordination, and execution of a diverse portfolio of projects within the shopping center. This includes tenant expansions, unit splits, new unit creation, mall refurbishments, and area renovations.

 translates messy client requests into structured briefs, protect the team from scope creep, and identify opportunities to grow each account.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities

 Client Relationship Management
 </li>
 <li>
 Serve as the primary point of contact for all active retainer and project clients
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct weekly or bi-weekly client check-ins (depending on account size)
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage client expectations: set realistic timelines, communicate delays proactively, and present work professionally
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle all client feedback loops: receive notes, translate into actionable items for the team, and manage revision rounds within agreed limits
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct quarterly client reviews: present performance summaries, gather feedback, and identify satisfaction risks

 Brief &amp; Scope Management

 Convert every client request into a structured internal brief using a standardized template
 </li>

 Ensure every brief includes: objective, deliverables, timeline, budget parameters, approval workflow, and revision limits

 Flag any out-of-scope request immediately &mdash; do not promise before checking with Head of Ops and MD
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain a scope log per client: what was agreed vs. what was delivered

 Account Growth &amp; Commercial
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Track revenue per client monthly and identify upsell opportunities (additional services, increased content volume, new platforms)
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare upsell proposals in collaboration with MD for existing clients
 </li>
 <li>
 Support MD in preparing pitches and proposals for new business
 </li>
 <li>
 Own the renewal process: start renewal conversations 60 days before contract end
 </li>
 <li>
 Track client health scores: engagement level, payment timeliness, satisfaction signals, risk of churn
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Internal Coordination

 Work with Head of Operations to ensure briefs are handed off cleanly and on time
 </li>
 <li>
 Attend production planning meetings to flag client priorities and upcoming deadlines
 </li>

 Ensure deliverables go through internal QC before client review
 </li>

 Maintain client folders and documentation in the PM system

 Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>

 <li>
 2&ndash;4 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or client success at a creative agency, media company, or marketing firm
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience managing 4&ndash;8 client accounts simultaneously
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent written and verbal communication in both Arabic and English
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong presentation skills: can present work to clients confidently and handle objections
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of social media content production: knows what a reel is, understands posting cadences, familiar with Instagram/TikTok/YouTube formats
 </li>
 <li>
 Based in Cairo
 </li>

 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in a video/content production agency (not just traditional advertising or PR)
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with Egyptian brand landscape (F&amp;B, real estate, sports, lifestyle)
 </li>

 Experience writing client-facing proposals, SOWs, and renewal documents
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfort with numbers: can discuss budget, pricing, and ROI with clients without needing the MD present
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with CRM or PM tools (HubSpot, Notion, Monday.com)
 </li>
 <li>
 </li>
 <li>
 Warm and professional: clients enjoy working with them; builds trust quickly
 </li>
 <li>
 Organized and responsive: replies to clients within 2 hours during business hours; never lets a message sit unread
 </li>
 <li>
 Protective of the team, translates unreasonable client demands into manageable asks rather than passing them through raw
 </li>
 <li>
 Commercially aware: always thinking about how to grow the account, not just service it
 </li>
