Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through facilities and equipment maintenance along with adherence to proper food safety procedures.</p></li><li><p>
Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation.</p></li><li><p>
Assist the Restaurant Manager with proper task execution and completion, schedule and cash integrity, and complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.</p></li><li><p>
Work with the team to prepare and package customer orders in a timely manner to maximize customer service expectations and results.</p></li><li><p>
Understand financial reporting to include analyzing profit and loss statements and affecting change to capture and capitalize on opportunities.</p></li><li><p>
Collaborate with Restaurant Manager in the efforts of talent acquisition.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
Experience:</b></p><ul><li><p>
Ability to work various shift times to include days, afternoons, evenings, nights, occasional overnights, weekends, and holidays.
</p></li><li><p>1+ years restaurant management experience.</p></li><li><p>
1+ years managing operations with an annual sales volume of $1+million.</p></li><li><p>
1+ years affecting and deciphering budgets and P&amp;L statements.</p></li><li><p>
1+ years supervising and training 5-10+ employees.</p></li><li><p>
Intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.</p></li><li><p>
A valid driver&rsquo;s license and ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
