<p>As a Warehouseman/MHE Operator, you provide essential support to warehousing and distribution operations by safely operating forklifts and other MHE to load, unload, transport, and stage equipment.    Source and obtain quotations from suppliers for yard-related materials, services, and equipment.
  </li>

   Prepare supplier comparison sheets, evaluating pricing, lead times, and commercial terms to support procurement decisions.

   Create and process Purchase Orders (POs), ensuring compliance with company procurement policies and approval workflows.
  </li>
  <li>
   Review supplier shipping documents and verify compliance with PO and contractual requirements before authorizing shipment release.

   Prepare and manage shipping, export, and import documentation related to yard operations.

   Provide administrative support to the Yard Manager, including correspondence, filing, scheduling, and record management.

   Maintain well-organized physical and digital records to support audit, compliance, and operational requirements.

  Experience &amp; Knowledge

   1 to 3 years of experience in procurement, logistics, operations administration, or warehouse/yard management.
  </li>

   Previous experience within the construction, formwork, scaffolding, or related industrial sectors is highly desirable.
  </li>

   Familiarity with procurement processes, supplier management, purchase orders, and shipping documentation.
