Reviews, revises and/or write's QA/QC Quality assurance procedures. Establishes, defines, implements, maintains, and reports on quality assurance key performance measures and standards. Performs root cause analysis, implements corrective actions, and monitors progress and improvements.</li>

Drives continuous improvement through communication and training on quality standards, requirements, and best practices.</li>
<li>
Implement and manage the QA/QC Program.</li>
<li>
Ensure performance and quality of assigned QA/QC function conforms to established standards and governmental agency guidelines to ensure lasting customer satisfaction.</li>
<li>
Audit procedural elements of program management.</li>
<li>
Coordinate collection of responses to customer Corrective Action Response (CAR).</li>
<li>
Work directly with operating entities to ensure inspections, statistical process analyses, and audits are conducted on a continuing basis as specified to enforce requirements and meet specifications.</li>
<li>
Consult with local management in determining best measures of project efficiency.</li>
<li>
Conduct and direct internal management audits, prepare formal audit reports, and define audit schedules.</li>
<li>
Consult with local management in determining root causes for non-conformances to QA/QC Plan and to customer contractual requirements.</li>
<li>
Implement the Process Improvement Program.</li>
<li>
Assess contractual requirements, develop and maintain checklists, and communicate within QA/QC function.</li>
<li>
Perform other qualified duties as assigned.</li>

Ability to travel domestically and internationally.</li>

Minimum Requirements:<ul>
<li>
Eight (8) or more years of Quality Manager experience with at least Two (2) years in an Aviation QA/QC capacity and with Two (2) years in a managerial role.</li>
<li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree; may substitute two (2) additional years of experience for each year of college.</li>
<li>
With a Masters Degree - Five (5) years of relevant experience with bachelor's degree; Three (3) years of relevant experience with Master's degree.</li>
<li>
Additional knowledge/skills may be required by assignment or contract.</li>
<li>
Advanced understanding of QA/QC approaches, methods, management, and responsibilities.</li>
<li>
Knowledge of statistical methods, ISO 9000 standard, Lean Six Sigma, and other quality methodologies.</li>
<li>
A valid US Passport is required for Deployment to Kuwait.</li>
<li>
Must be able to obtain Kuwait PCC &amp; Visa</li>
<li>
Must be able to pass CENTCOM Medical requirements to attend CRC for Deployment.</li>

Security Clearance Requirements:<ul><li>
Must be able to obtain and maintain a US Govt Security Clearance (NAC-I T1) Public Trust. Must be able to obtain facility credentials/authorization to work at this location. US Citizenship is Required for a facility credentials/authorization at the work location.</li></ul>

Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English.</li>

Build good working relationships with task order leadership and actively participate in management process.</li>
