You will be responsible to advise and support audit engagement partners and managers on all audit engagement related administrative tasks and ensure audit progress across the engagement lifecycle by setting up the tasks for the audit engagement team in EY&rsquo;s proprietary audit platform, while driving the engagement controlling process (audit budget planning, analysis, estimates to complete the project reporting). Moreover, you will also drive efficiency via bringing in best practices and automation and will work closely with EY Rapid to ensure centralization of audit engagement management tasks. Plus, you will also be responsible for the quality assurance of the data entry, budgeting, reforecasting of the audit engagements and timely billings and will provide ad hoc reporting as required by the business and assist with internal requirements. Furthermore, you will also be involved in investigating and resolving ad hoc audit queries and escalations in a timely manner while participating in regional calls and meetings pertaining to AOA and updating the local practices in MENA in implementing AOA activities and highlight challenges and barriers in the implementation.
