This includes supporting strategic development to creative activation across all marketing channels, but primarily through digital and social channels; communicating and collaborating with client, creative, strategy and digital teams to keep us on point, on budget and on time.</p><p>You will be the primary lead on the operational tasks, campaign setup, and reporting, while supporting the Senior Strategist on all other tasks.</p><p><b>Campaign Management &amp; Reporting:</b></p><ul><li>Directly responsible for maintaining and owning the media plan document, ensuring accuracy across budget, flight, and channel allocation.</li><li>Directly responsible for the setup, deployment, and operational management of paid digital advertising campaigns across channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Google Ads, programmatic).</li><li>Own the process of trafficking campaign assets (e.g., creative files, tracking tags) to appropriate ad platforms and vendors, ensuring all assets are launched correctly and on time.</li><li>Execute in-flight optimizations and pull data for regular campaign reporting, translating raw data into actionable insights for the Senior Strategist.</li><li>Support the Senior Strategist in reviewing and refining the overall media strategy and assist in the development of client-facing communications related to campaign performance.</li></ul><p><b>Web Analytics &amp; Data:</b></p><ul><li>Manage client web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager) to support regular and ad-hoc performance reporting.</li></ul><p><b>Marketing Automation (MarTech):</b></p><ul><li>Directly responsible for the operational tasks within client Marketing Automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
