We are looking for a skilled Biomedical Technician to install, inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, calibrate, and repair medical equipment used across hospital departments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with diagnostic, therapeutic, and life-support equipment while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance of biomedical equipment.</li><li>Install, commission, test, calibrate, and validate new medical equipment.</li><li>Troubleshoot and repair faults in biomedical, electrical, and electronic systems.</li><li>Conduct routine inspections to ensure equipment reliability and operational readiness.</li><li>Maintain service records, maintenance logs, and calibration reports.</li><li>Coordinate with equipment vendors for warranty claims, repairs, and annual maintenance contracts (AMCs).</li><li>Monitor equipment performance and recommend repairs or replacements.</li><li>Ensure compliance with hospital policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.</li><li>Train end-users on the safe and proper operation of medical equipment.</li><li>Maintain spare parts inventory and assist in procurement planning.</li><li>Respond promptly to emergency equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.</li></ul>Equipment ExperienceExperience in maintaining and troubleshooting equipment such as:<ul><li>Patient Monitors</li><li>Ventilators</li><li>Defibrillators</li><li>ECG &amp; EEG Machines</li><li>Anesthesia Machines</li><li>Infusion &amp; Syringe Pumps</li><li>Electrosurgical Units (ESU)</li><li>Suction Machines</li><li>Autoclaves &amp; Sterilizers</li><li>X-Ray &amp; Ultrasound Systems</li><li>ICU, OT, Laboratory, and Dialysis Equipment</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>DAE in Biomedical, Electronics, Electrical, or Instrumentation Technology.</li><li>2&ndash;5 years of relevant experience in hospitals, healthcare facilities, or biomedical service organizations.</li><li>Strong knowledge of biomedical equipment maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting.</li><li>Ability to read electrical and electronic schematics and technical manuals.</li><li>Good understanding of preventive maintenance procedures and safety standards.</li><li>Computer proficiency, including MS Office and maintenance documentation.</li></ul>Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
