 Primary Purpose
 
 
 
 Leads the design and delivery of medium‑complexity projects, translating audience and stakeholder needs into cohesive visuals that improve engagement and results. Designs on-brand marketing communications that effectively engage and inform millions of customers as well as thousands of employees across departments and programs. This includes crafting clear, consistent messaging for both mandated programs and company-wide initiatives, ensuring alignment with the organization&rsquo;s values, goals, and visual identity. By tailoring communication strategies to diverse audiences, the designer drives program adoption, boosts employee engagement, and reinforces the company&rsquo;s reputation across channels. This role is an integral part of the Strategic Communications &amp; Engagement team that requires close collaboration with project owners in both Marketing and Employee Communications to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
