The ideal candidate will have strong coordination, communication, and administrative skills, with prior experience in the contracting or construction industry.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Coordinate and support the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.</li><li>Maintain and update customer databases, project pipelines, and sales records.</li><li>Communicate with clients, consultants, and internal departments regarding inquiries, quotations, and project status.</li><li>Prepare sales reports, follow-up schedules, and monitor project progress to ensure timely execution.</li><li>Assist in preparing and reviewing contracts, purchase orders, and other sales-related documentation.</li><li>Ensure smooth coordination between the sales, procurement, and operations teams.</li><li>Track and follow up on pending approvals, payments, and documentation with clients and internal departments.</li><li>Support in organizing meetings, presentations, and client visits.</li><li>Handle correspondence, email communication, and document filing in accordance with company policies.</li><li>Provide administrative support to management and contribute to achieving sales targets.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;4 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role within a contracting/construction company.</li><li>Strong understanding of project documentation, quotations, and tendering processes.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English essential; Arabic is an advantage).</li><li>Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.</li><li>Qatar experience and transferable visa preferred.</li></ul>Salary &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience.</li><li>Annual leave and benefits as per Qatar Labor Law.</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth within the organization.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
