 This Role In Summary
 
 
 
 The role is split in two parts: the Global OEM Manager as well as the Global Key Account Manager for the IVS Business.
 
 
 
 As a Global OEM Manager
 
 you will be both a &ldquo;harvester&rdquo; and a &ldquo;farmer&rdquo; as your role will be on one hand to be supporting the existing OEM Business from the Commercial Center of Excellence in Italy (Zocca-MO), as well as hunting for new Global opportunities within OEMs.
 
 
 In this role you will be:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 The liaison between Key OEM customers&rsquo; Technical Team and key decision makers and the R&amp;D and production facility in Italy (Zocca).
 </li>
 <li>
 The direct link and sparring partner between the Local Sales Companies OEM Managers and the Center of Excellence in Italy (Global Product Managers, Application Managers, R&amp;D and Operations etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Enlarging the business within existing and future OEM customers from a more localized business to a true Global Business, tapping into our Global Sales Companies network
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 As a Global Key Account Manager
 
 you will be supporting our Sales Teams in helping finding the right customized solution within the Industrial Vacuum Solutions, whether this is a mobile vacuum cleaner or a centralized vacuum system. You will do this with full support from our Competence Center based in Italy.
 
 
 Your responsibilities will include:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage the day-by-day business of major OEM Accounts
 </li>
 <li>
 Network with major OEM Key Accounts to identify and address specific needs and enlarge the business potential both with new product offerings and same products in new markets
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and maintain relationships with OEM customers&rsquo; decision makers to ensure long-term success
 </li>
 <li>
 Support and contribute to the overall Company targets and strategy for OEMs
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide excellent internal and external communication
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as the liaison between Global OEM customers and internal teams (R&amp;D, Product Management etc.) ensuring clients&rsquo; requirements are met
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the increase of business volume with major Global Key Accounts within mainly the food and pharma business segments
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaise with Local Sales and Global and Local Marketing departments to set and implement strategies for new products and international contracts
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 The Global OEM &amp; Key Account Manager will be located in our
 
 Istanbul Office
 
 and will report to the Senior Sales Manager.
 
 
 
 Minimum Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum 5 years of experience in similar role, with professional experience in durable goods and highly technical products within the B2B environment within Industrial Manufacturing companies
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong sales related background
 </li>
 <li>
 Customer oriented attitude
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluency in English is a must, other languages preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Data focused approach
 </li>
 <li>
 Sales metric and marketing intelligence professional
 </li>
 <li>
 Willingness to travel
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Preferred Skills And Experiences

 <li>
 Sales experience with OEM customers and industrial customers
 </li>
 <li>
 A Technical Background
 </li>

 Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills
