Conduct research to understand new trends, regulations, use cases &amp; needs of the consumers in order to increase awareness, boost ideation for new business models &amp; solutions and exchange of know-how within TEB &amp; its affiliates</div><div>
Lead Innovation Funnel processes (e.g. with active participation &amp; mentorship in Hackathons, idea sessions) to reveal inputs further new projects</div><div>
Co-lead Proof of Concept projects of key innovation programs together with the related Tribes and/or Bus</div><div>
Foster and spread a culture of innovation across the TEB, in line with strategic objectives</div><div>
Work directly in the Squads and/or indirectly with BUs in key projects to enable &amp; accelerate the innovation of the bank</div><div>
Conduct periodic benchmarks studies on ecosystem of players (of competitors, new players, startups, etc.) for future collaborations as per the needs of TEB&rsquo;s Business Units (BUs) and key stakeholders</div><div>
Lead partnerships &amp; business development with fintechs, tech players, start-ups, universities, R&amp;D centers and alike</div><div>
Execute key events, internal events &amp; sponsorship activities of the bank in the digital ecosystem and bring in experts from the field to key forums to raise awareness across the bank &amp; discuss potential partnership opportunities</div></ul></div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
QUALIFICATIONS:</b></h2><div><ul><div>
This role is required to have 5-8 years of experience. Consultancy background is not mandatory but would be a plus.</div><div>
Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred.</div><div>
Proven experience in strategy, digital transformation and innovation or a related role.</div><div>
Strong understanding of technology trends and their applications.</div><div>
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.</div><div>
Strong communication and presentation skills.</div><div>
