   Greet customers warmly and create a friendly, welcoming environment.
  </li>
  <li>
   Assist guests with ticket purchases, seat selections, and promotions at the counter or via digital kiosks.

   Handle cash, card, and digital transactions accurately using the POS system.
  </li>
  <li>
   Provide detailed information about movie schedules, cinema services, loyalty programs, and ongoing promotions.

   Upsell tickets, combo deals, and retail items to maximize revenue.
  </li>

   Respond professionally to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints to ensure a positive experience.
