Shall be certified technician able to perform maintenance in the work to be performed which may include one of the following: Electrical, HVAC, plumbing, etc. Certifications must be current and valid. The Equipment Maintenance and Operation Manager shall provide major maintenance on equipment to include repair of all Government equipment and replacement of component parts, accessories, attachments, power cords, hood filters, water filters and water faucets.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
<ul><li>Oversee and perform service, repairs, and maintenance to food services support equipment.
