 Support the Head of Cards of a leading bank in Kuwait. Develop and implement product strategies and initiatives to meet the needs of the client.  Key Activities
 
 
 
 Core Responsibilities And Accountabilities

 Develop and execute growth strategies to expand the credit card business. Identify and pursue new market opportunities and partnerships to increase market share. Implement marketing and promotional campaigns to attract new clients and increase card usage.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze the performance of the credit card portfolio, including profitability, utilization, and customer satisfaction. Identify trends, opportunities, and risks within the portfolio and develop strategies to address them.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor key KPIs &ndash; card activation, usage/spend uplift, attrition, complaint rate, call center volumes, digital adoption. Conduct regulatory, data, and customer‑impact assessments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in customer communications and marketing campaigns.
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaise with multiple internal and external stakeholders - Product, Technology, Operations, Marketing, Compliance, and third-party vendors to deliver a robust Cards ramp up strategy.
 </li>

 Oversee the implementation and monitoring of loyalty program to ensure its effectiveness and alignment to customer needs and business goals.
 </li>

 Oversee technical readiness across issuing platforms (BIN configuration, card profiles, tokenization &amp; digital wallets, recurring payments, authorizations/clearing, 3DS/ACS, fraud controls)
 </li>

 Oversee operational readiness (card production, personalization, dispatch, courier SLAs).

 5+ years of experience in cards product management, with a proven track record of driving business growth and achieving targets.

Job Responsibilities

<li>Do proper costing of the Jobs in progress in Service areas, close the job cards on job completion after complying with the published pricing and discount norms and raise the invoices on the system and collect cash from customers.</li>
<li>Accurately and efficiently operate cash register; deposit the daily cash collected to treasury, bank or duly authorised collection agents as advised by the Cost office co-ordinator or Supervisor. Job Description</h1>
What you will do:<ul><li>
Coordinate and manage transportation activities (international and local) in line with the GEV Power policies and rate cards</li><li>
Collect transportation quotes and assure cost control</li><li>
Generate shipping documents in line with the GEV Power systems and processes</li><li>
Manage the transportation companies and assure the operational KPI&rsquo;s are met</li><li>
Update the GEV Power transportation systems in timely manner</li><li>
Manage the operational aspect of the temporary/permanent export and import activities into any repair facility or GE factory</li><li>
Prepare and submit temporary import requests to customs through the broker and ensure approval is granted on time</li><li>
Maintain temporary import extensions as required</li><li>
