  5) Transactional &amp; omnichannel performance (basket analysis, channel shift, price elasticity, cannibalization)

  Translate insights into clear, actionable business opportunities and present them directly to Directors, Heads and Business unit managers.

  Partner with Marketing, Merchandising, E-commerce, Supply Chain, and Store Operations to embed analytics into decision-making.

  Design and enforce best-in-class CRM and marketing automation strategies using modern platforms (Webengage, Infobip, PowerBi, Shopify, GA/Looker etc.).
 </p>

  Oversee the development of CRM dashboards, automated reporting, and predictive models.
 </p>
 <p>
  Drive advanced analytics initiatives: customer lifetime value modeling, propensity modeling, market basket analysis, inventory optimization algorithms, and personalized recommendation engines.
 </p>

  Work closely with Cyber security teams to ensure full compliance with local data privacy regulations and champion data governance.
 </p>

  Continuously scout and implement new tools, technologies, and methodologies to keep the CRM &amp; Analytics function ahead in the GCC Retail &amp; Digital space.
