We are looking for a candidate with multiple years of experience in financial accounting, knowledge of IFRS, ideally in a manufacturing/production work environment. This position will report directly to Head of Finance (CFO) and be an advisor to the business within the cluster responsible for 5 business sites and 2 countries of the cluster in making decisions by providing them with actionable insights.</p><p>

Key Responsibilities:</b></p><p><b>
Financial Leadership</b></p><ul><li>Lead cluster-level financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.</li><li>Deliver monthly performance reviews with analysis of variances (actuals vs. plan/forecast).</li><li>Partner with operations to drive profitability and efficiency.</li></ul><p><b>
Cost Control &amp; Analysis</b></p><ul><li>Monitor manufacturing cost structures including standard costing, variances, and inventory valuation.</li><li>Analyze production metrics, material usage, labor, and overhead absorption.</li><li>Lead cost-reduction initiatives in collaboration with production and supply chain teams.</li></ul><p>
 <b>Reporting &amp; Compliance</b></p><ul><li>Contribute to monthly closing process</li><li>Prepare and present timely financial reports to local and corporate stakeholders.</li><li>Ensure adherence to internal controls, corporate policies, and regulatory requirements (IFRS/GAAP/local).

Requirements:</b></p><ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in related fields (business administration, finance, accounting, economics, management engineering, statistics, etc.)</li><li>
Around 5 years of experience in finance, prior controlling and audit experience preferable,</li><li>
Strong IFRS knowledge, financial analysis skills, group reporting experience and attention to detail,</li><li>
Advanced level of English (both written and spoken),</li><li>
Strong command of MS Office (Excel, PPT) applications,</li><li>
SAP ERP, Tagetik (or other consolidation tool) and Power BI familiarity would be a plus</li><li>
Proactive, target-oriented, open-minded, and with a good business acumen.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>

This allows for optimal harmonization of the software and operation resulting in the creation of great experiences and services. Notable examples of these innovative services include DRT and Marketplace. DRT (short for Demand-Responsive Transport) was covered by <b>a Harvard Business School case study</b> that is being taught at the MBA school. As the FP&amp;A Manager, you will be the architectural lead for our financial health. You will own the entire financial lifecycle&mdash;from the granular accuracy of the 2-person accounting team to high-level rolling forecasts that drive our strategic decisions. This is a &quot;player-coach&quot; role requiring high-level IFRS/Local GAAP knowledge, operational rigor in fleet management, and the ability to manage external stakeholders (banks/tax authorities) with finesse.</p><p></p>
Responsibilities<p>
<b>Financial Planning &amp; Analysis (FP&amp;A)</b></p><ul><li>
Own the &quot;Landing&quot; (2x/month), Monthly Closing, and Rolling Forecasts.</li><li>
Transform raw data into actionable insights, specifically regarding fleet performance and unit economics.</li><li>
Monitor macro-economic indicators (CPI/PPI, fuel parity) to proactively adjust pricing and cost structures.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>
Financial Control &amp; Operations</b></p><ul><li><b>
Full Statement Ownership: </b>End-to-end responsibility for the P&amp;L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.</li><li><b>
Treasury:</b> Manage liquidity, FX exposure (crucial for TR operations), and bank relationships.</li><li><b>
Governance: </b>Act as a checkpoint for payroll execution, variable incentive calculations, and all employee/driver payouts.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>
Compliance</b></p><ul><li><b>
Tax &amp; Audit:</b> Manage tax accruals, maintain the relationship with the Tax Office, and support the annual external audit process.</li><li><b>
Process Improvement:</b> Build the &quot;guardrails&quot; for expenses and payouts to ensure zero leakage.</li></ul><br>

Requirements</b><br>

Experience:</b> 6&ndash;8 years in Finance/Accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial or Senior FP&amp;A capacity.</li><li><b>
Language:</b> Native Turkish speaker with <b>excellent</b> English (written and verbal) for reporting and C-suite collaboration.</li><li><b>
Technical:</b> Advanced Excel/Financial Modeling is a must; experience with ERPs (e.g., Logo, SAP, Oracle) and IFRS reporting is highly preferred.</li><li><b>
