   Who We're Looking For?
  </strong>
 </p>

   3rd or 4th year undergraduate student or a graduate student in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Psychology or Human Resources,
  </li>
  <li>
   Preferably able to attend the internship at least 3 days a week,
  </li>
  <li>
   Aiming to build a career in Human Resources; particularly interested in Compensation &amp; Benefits, Performance Management, HR technologies and HR analytics,
  </li>
  <li>
   Able to use MS Office programs at a basic level,
  </li>
  <li>
   Having a good command of English,
  </li>
  <li>
   Possessing analytical thinking skills, being detail-oriented, and eager to learn,
  </li>
  <li>
   Having strong communication skills and being a good team player,
  </li>
  <li>
   Preferably residing on the Asian side of Istanbul.
